Flop Sandals with a Built

I love getting shoe tips, and yesterday one of my sisters sent me a great one that I just had to share.

As you may or may not know, shoes t Men Nike Free 3.0 V3 hat claim to help tone your legs are hot. Last year, I wrote about one popular brand called MBT.

The MBT shoes I tried were pretty fun to wear, and it did feel like I got quite a work out. But they took a lot of getting used to, and were a bit too bulky for my own personal tastes. In all fairness, I don't wear a lot of trainers.

I do however wear a lot of flip f Men Nike Free 4.0 V3 lops in fact, I adore them. So I was especially excited to read about a new brand of toning shoe called the FitFlop. has, since they're selling out everywhere.

My sister received new of the FitFlops via a Bath and Body Works email, but by the time I made it to the site, they were sold out as well.
